Adding a Point of Sale

Point of Sale is an object in the Fortis database which represents your shop. You can have several Points of Sale linked to one Merchant, as well as several Workplaces linked to one Point of Sale. You need this object to analyze sales data — for instance, to compare sales in different shops. Let’s see how to add a new Point of Sale to your database.

  1. Sign in to your Fortis POS Platform at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login
  2. Go to Settings → Points of Sale.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Fill in the form. Required fields are marked red.
  5. Once you’ve finished the form, click Add.

Done! You have added a new Point of Sale. If you have several Points of Sale, keep adding until you’ve added all of them. Once all the info is presented, proceed to adding Employees.
