If you have any difficulties with Fortis products, our tech support is here to help.

To open Tech Support page:

1. Log in to the Fortis POS App.
2. On the main screen, tap ? in the upper right corner.
3. In the Contacts section (1), you will see our Tech Support's email and phone number, as well as the link to this Knowledge Base.
4. Tap Install Team Viewer, and our Tech Support will remotely assist you with setting up your Fortis device.
5. In the Info section, you will see the essential technical info, such as the model of Fortis device, the version of the POS App, etc.
