Adding a New Customer to Your Database

1. Sign in to your Fortis POS Platform at https://my.fortis.world/auth/login
2. Go to Customers.
3. Click Add new.
4. Fill in the form. Required fields are marked red.
5. Toggle the Member of loyalty program switcher to sign up your Customer to your Loyalty Program.
6. When you finish the form, click Add.

How to Set up your Loyalty Progrma

If you have the phone number verification turned on, you'll need to confirm the phone numer. To do that, click Confirm number. Fortis will send a 4-digit confirmation code via WhatsApp. Enter the code and click Confirm. This will protect your database from mistakes.

Done! You’ve successfully added the customer to your database.

If you have a bunch of Customers to add, you may consider to use bulk customer import from an XLSX file.
